Approach to Care
I approach virtual care the same way as I do all patient care. Something I always emphasize is that “empathy matters in medicine.” I like to think of patients as the captain of their ship (their body) and that they ultimately are in control but that I am able to hopefully help steer them in the right direction. I emphasize treating the whole patient with respect and dignity.
Education & Training
- MSN FNP (Chamberlain University, 2016)
- DNP in Educational Leadership (Chamberlain University, 2023)
- AANP Certification. Licensed as NP in IL, TX, SC, and OH.
- Experience in emergency department, internal medicine, family practice, and urgent care settings.
- Visiting professor for FNP program.
Fun Fact
Enjoy playing fantasy football (not good at actual sports), I love cats, podcasts, reading, movies, and music.
