Approach to Care

A majority of my career has been spent in urgent care. One lesson I have learned over and over – hear the patient out! They will sometimes surprise me and take the visit in a direction I hadn’t anticipated.

I deeply believe virtual care is the future of healthcare. In a society where easy access is not only desired- but required, virtual care satisfies the needs of both the patient and provider alike.

I absolutely love what I do! I’m inspired by my peers and patients and love how I learn something new every day.

Education & Training

• Undergraduate: Mercer University, Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate: Mercer University, Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Career: Started as a nurse in labor and delivery.

Fun Fact

I’ve recently taken up an interest in gardening. I’ve planted heaps of garlic this past October and can’t wait to see how well I made out come this summer.

I also used to be a competitive dancer from high school through college. Although I don’t dance anymore, I still have a deep appreciation for the art.
